What Coverage Includes

OAMIC offers a comprehensive office package policy that provides property and general liability coverage specifically designed for law firms.

It is important that buildings, computers, law libraries, artwork, valuable papers and records – plus intangibles like loss of earnings caused by catastrophic events – are properly covered. Loss of any of these items would cause economic hardship for the entire firm.

Business Income and Extra Expense

Actual loss sustained up to 12 months (no waiting period); billable hours option up to $50,000

Interruption of Computer Operations

Base aggregate limit of $100,000 that may be increased

Valuable Papers

$100,000 blanket limit included (can be increased); flood and earthquake perils covered

Accounts Receivable

Blanket base limit of $250,000 that can be increased; food and earthquake perils covered

Ordinance or Law

$250,000 limit for increased cost of construction, demolition, loss of value to undamaged building

Medical Payments

$10,000 limit included

Damage to Premises Rented to You

$1,000,000 limit; perils include fire, water, smoke, lightning and explosion

Contract Penalty Coverage

$25,000 limit
